The annual meeting begins with a 5 pm potluck meal. Members and families need to bring their own plates, cups and flatware. The chapter provides hot coffee and punch. A business meeting follows dinner.

• The membership is being asked to approve revised by-laws this year.

• There will be a keynote speaker.

• Presentations for the LCSWA tree farmer of the year and 4-H scholarships are on the agenda.
