Wednesday August 28th - Mill + Driving Forest Tour

Join Starker Forests for a free, guided mill and forest tour! The group will meet at the Starker Forests office at noon, ride a bus to Wren Hill Lumber for a mill tour, complete the afternoon with a drive through the forest, and arrive back at the office by 4 pm. The mill tour includes walking up stairs and on catwalks so wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and long pants. The drive through the forest will include discussion about a wide range of forestry topics and management practices.
