Spend a September Saturday morning touring the Zeni Tree Farm, up the McKenzie in Lane County. Sue Zeni, our host, is our 2023 Lane County Tree Farmer of the Year.

Enjoy the shade of towering redwoods, the vibrant color of legacy hardwoods, the lush cool of riparian areas on a morning walk of the Zeni Tree Farm. Learn about Sue's tree farm, the diversity of species it harbors, and the years of hard work that produced it. Extensive thinning of 25-year-old plantations and redwood groves are highlights of this fun tour.

This walking tour will be on roads that, while well-maintained, have some steeper parts, as well as on forest trails.
