This tree farm is at 38887 Mountain Home Drive south of Lebanon. Rod Bardell was an Oregon Department of Forestry stewardship forester for many years. Rod and Ann were Linn County tree farmers of the year in 2013. They now use their farm as a laboratory to teach youth about forestry in the “pathfinders” program. The Bardells have planted about 30 species of trees so you might want to bring along your “Trees to Know in Oregon.”
